New Years Eve Festival Dublin 2020 – FIRST
The location: Dublin’s iconic Custom House.
A fireworks display lit up the City Centre and over 45,000 revellers gathered to ring in the new decade to live music. It was incredible on the ground, and spectacular from above. The event was broadcast live on RTE to audiences home and abroad, and we were thrilled to capture the whole night from the sky.

All Ireland GAA Finals Live Broadcast
– Ireland’s biggest live sports events – no pressure!
The location: Croke Park, of course.
Over a million people tuned in to RTE for The Dublin v Kerry Final on September 1st, 2019. A record 1.123 Million tuned into the replay a couple of weeks later. We had our free ticket from the sky for both, making sure that those watching at home wouldn’t miss a thing, and could feel that palpable energy coming out of the stadium and through the screens.

Guinness Series Live Ireland v New Zealand
The location: Aviva Stadium
November 17th, 2018 was an historic evening for Ireland; UPSHOT filmed our first major event. It was special, to say the least. Oh, and Ireland beat the All-Blacks.

We’re not tennis player. We’d be lying if we said we were fans. BUT after covering The AIG Open twice now, it’s fair to say that there isn’t a game that’s played in a more incredible setting for the job that we do. Let’s not get carried away, you won’t see us trying to hit a ball, but we can’t wait to shoot more for TG4.
